When can a hall be built without a permit?

According to the regulations, wooden halls of up to 150 m² can be erected without a permit, and in many cases even without a notification - provided that:

construction is single-storey i free-standing,
span (that is, the width of the structure) does not exceed 6 meters,
the height of the hall does not exceed 7 meters,
The facility is not intended for residential purposes.

In practice, such buildings work well as wooden sheds, workshop halls, warehouses, stables, timber yards or small outbuildings.

For facilities with an area of up to 300 m² a simpler procedure applies - just notification of construction. In this case, the span of the structure can be up to 7 meters.

Each design is based on modules of 6 or 7 meters, which can be combined to create any length of building - for example, 6×25 m (150 m²) or 7×42 m (about 295 m²).
